Taylor Swift treats the Kansas City Chiefs security guards — and their wives — all too well.
The pop star sweetly FaceTimed with the wife of an Arrowhead Stadium security guard while tipping workers at Friday’s NFL game.
Suzie Drew detailed the story via TikTok later that same day, sharing her gratitude for the Grammy winner in the caption.
“Thank you Taylor!” the social media user gushed. “We never got the opportunity to make it to the Eras Tour but this may have been even better. You made our night.”
In her video, Drew explained that her husband, William, “has been working security for the Chiefs for a couple of months now.”
She said, “We know that Taylor is gonna be there. If she’s not on tour, if it’s a home game, she’s gonna be there. So I’ve always told William, ‘If you get the opportunity to just say, “My wife says hi,” something like that.’”
While she “never really thought anything into it other than that,” she had a chance to speak to the 34-year-old singer as her boyfriend Travis Kelce’s team beat the Las Vegas Raiders.
“It just so happened that tonight she was handing out tips to the custodial workers and to the security and somehow or another we ended up FaceTiming with the one, the only Taylor Alison Swift,” Drew recalled.
After posting footage of the call, she revealed a “freaking cute” selfie of her partner posing with the performer smiling in the background.
Although Drew acknowledged that “security can’t fangirl … but their spouses can from afar,” she concluded, “Needless to say, we will spend all week fangirling. Probably all year.”
Swift attended the sporting event in a red Louis Vuitton sweater and black jeans, rocking Kelce’s jersey number on her necklace.
She was caught on camera giving gifts to young fans while watching the game from the stadium’s suite.
She took photos with the mini Swifties — as well as celebratory selfies with her fellow WAGs after the Chiefs’ win.
The songwriter sat with Travis’ mom, Donna Kelce, and her dad, Scott Swift.
The couple’s families, notably, spent Thanksgiving together the previous day at a “very festive and special” gathering in Nashville.
